Feel like I've been drawing trees forever! So I took a break and drew a few birds instead.

What I'm up to now..

.. lots more monoprinting!

I just came back from the Bologna Children's Book Fair in Italy. It was really inspiring, brilliant illustrators, lovely books and amazing pizza!

Changing seasons.

Working out some colour palettes for my university project on sequential image.

More monoprints

Ben

This is my friend's dog Ben who has been helping me out with my latest project.
Thank you for making me lots of cups of tea while I was busy drawing him Chris!

Monoprinting

My first attempt at monoprinting from home. We had a print induction about monoprinting this week and I was really inspired to try it out. Can't wait to go in and use all the big presses in the print room now!

Wakerley Woods

I've been trying out my lovely new watercolours doing some drawing in Wakerley woods. Haven't quite got used to how different they are to my old ones yet!

2011

My new years resolution is to update this blog more often.
Hopefully with more work than just sketchbook drawings!

Kew Gardens

My new favourite place!
